Puff 'n' Stuff was started in the fall of 2021 after Chef Brenan owner of West Coast Toast Catering was looking for a way to make up for kitchen downtime so he could keep his family of food service workers and general misfits afloat. Chef Brenan decided if this venture was successful its wealth would be shared by all who contributed and work was begun to make this a democratically run, employee-owned, and operated venture. The rest is history waiting to be written.
